Not all Gastro refrigerators are the same In professional gastronomy, not every refrigerator is the right refrigerator for the desired project. Gastro refrigerators are extremely powerful devices which deliver a constant cooling result even when the full door or glass door is opened frequently. The high-quality compressors in a Gastro refrigerator enable temperature-accurate cooling, which is set by means of a digital thermostat. Gastro refrigerators and their functions In the area of storage refrigerators you will find models from a net volume of 130 litres, which are ideally suited as under-sink units. We offer gastro refrigerators with 400, 600 or 1200 litres. These models correspond to the simple storage refrigerator, which is ideal for storing refrigerated products with low energy consumption. You can choose between glass doors and full doors. Commercial refrigerators from our range have a high-quality and robust stainless steel housing and are therefore easy to clean. In this type of gastro refrigerator, the compressor is located above the unit. This has the advantage that the heat generated during compressor cooling is released upwards and the commercial refrigerator can be placed without gaps on the wall. The rail system allows the use of GN containers for the storage of refrigerated products due to the internal dimensions. In our Gastro refrigerator range you will also find bar refrigerators, which can be ideally integrated in narrow counter areas. The sliding doors built into the bar refrigerator ensure that no passageways are blocked when opening and guarantee an efficient and energy-saving cooling system.
